Joan Williams

Joan Williams, 86, of Kennewick, died Sept. 12 in Kennewick.

She was born in Denver, Colo., and lived in the Tri-City area for seven years.

She was a retired small business owner.

Mueller’s Tri-Cities Funeral Home, Kennewick, is in charge of arrangements.
