James A. Ruebsamen

James Alexander Ruebsamen, 92, died Sept. 5 at home in Tempe, Ariz.

He was born in Youngstown, Ohio, and lived in Hermiston from 1992-96 and in Kennewick from 1996-97.

He was a retired electrician for Westinghouse at FFTF on the Hanford reservation.

The Neptune Society, Tempe, Ariz., is in charge of arrangements.
