William E. Oliver Jr.

William Edward Oliver Jr., 83, died Sept. 13 at home in Richland.

He was born in Bellingham and lived in the Tri-City area for 25 years.

He was a retired manager for the National Food Corporation.

Hillcrest Memorial Center, Kennewick, is in charge of arrangements.
