Kathy Cecilia Freeman, 68, of Kennewick, died Sept. 9 in Kennewick.

She was born in Pasco and lived in the Tri-Cities for 40 years.

She was a retired retail assistant manager.

Mueller’s Tri-Cities Funeral Home, Kennewick, is in charge of arrangements.
