Norland L. Fuller

Norland L. Fuller, 89, of Kennewick, died Sept. 1 at Chaplaincy Hospice Care in Kennewick.

He was born in Livingston, Mont., and lived in Kennewick for three years.

He was a retired lineman foreman for Okanogan County Electric.
