Madelyn A. Howard

Madelyn Adele Howard, 90, of Richland, died Aug. 27 at home.

She was born in Albany, Ore., and lived in the Tri-Cities for nine years.

She was a beautician.

Hillcrest Memorial Center, Kennewick, is in charge of arrangements.
