Virginia ‘Ginny’ Shaw-Arnaud

Virginia “Ginny” Lee Shaw-Arnaud, 71, of Pasco, died Aug. 21 in Pasco.

She was born in Spokane and lived in the Tri-City area for 36 years.

She was a retired office manager.
