Victoria Boyle Owens

Victoria Boyle Owens, 74, died Aug. 16 at home in Kennewick.

She was born in Rosamond, Calif., and lived in the Tri-City area for 30 years.

She was a retired nurse.

Hillcrest Memorial Center, Kennewick, is in charge of arrangements.
