Todd D. Milton

Todd D. Milton, 49, of Winnemucca, Nev., died Aug. 4 at Kadlec Regional Medical Center in Richland.

He was born in Moscow, Idaho, and lived in the Tri-City area from 2003 until 2013 before moving to Nevada.

He was a high school counselor.

Life Tributes Cremation Center, Kennewick, is in charge of arrangements.
