Theodor C. Smith

Theodor Clayton Smith, 78, died July 18 at home in Richland.

He was born in Hood River, Ore., and lived in the Tri-City area for 20 years.

He was an exterminator.

Hillcrest Memorial Center, Kennewick, is in charge of arrangements.
