Richard Brown

Richard Brown, 80, of Richland, died July 31 in Richland.

He was born in Sparks, Okla., and lived in the Tri-City area for 34 years.

He retired from work in project management.

Mueller’s Tri-Cities Funeral Home, Kennewick, is in charge of arrangements.
