Dennis E. Akers

Dennis Edward Akers, 78, of Kennewick, died July 26 at Chaplaincy Hospice Care in Kennewick.

He was born in Clovis, N.M., and was a longtime resident of Kennewick.

He served in the Army and retired from Safeway.

Hillcrest Memorial Center, Kennewick, is in charge of arrangements.
