Harriet J. Filion

Harriet Jolene Filion, 93, of West Richland, died July 24 in West Richland.

She was born in Port Angeles and lived in the Tri-City area for 34 years.

She was a retired owner and operator of a jewelry store.

Mueller’s Tri-Cities Funeral Home, Kennewick, is in charge of arrangements.
