Shirley R. Foote

Shirley Rose Foote, 89, of West Richland, died July 22 at Chaplaincy Hospice Care in Kennewick.

She was born in Santa Barbara, Calif., and lived in the Tri-City area for five years.

She was a retired bank vice president.

Hillcrest Bruce Lee Memorial Center, Pasco, is in charge of arrangements.
