Elaine I. Biss

Elaine Irene Biss, 78, died July 2 at home in Richland.

She was born in Knife Falls, Minn., and lived in the Tri-City area for over 40 years.

She was a bookkeeper.

Hillcrest Memorial Center, Kennewick, is in charge of arrangements.
