Joseph Earl Taylor Jr., 75, died July 5 at home in Pasco.

He was born in Modesto, Calif., and lived in Pasco for 11 years.

He was a retired phone line installer.

Hillcrest Memorial Center, Kennewick, is in charge of arrangements.
