Elizabeth ‘Betty’ A. Kippes-Saylor

Elizabeth “Betty” A. Kippes-Saylor, 87, of Richland, died July 2 at Richland Rehabilitation Center.

She was born in Brook Park, Minn., and lived in Kennewick for 77 years.

She was a retired artist and homemaker.

Columbia Memorial Funeral Chapel, Pasco, is in charge of arrangements.
