Edmund I. Pangelinan

Edmund I. Pangelinan, 75, died June 22 at home in Richland.

He was born in Agana, Guam, and lived in the Tri-City area since 1993.

He was a retired radiological control technician at Hanford.

Life Tributes Cremation Center, Kennewick, is in charge of arrangements.
