William B. Zilar Jr.

William Blair Zilar Jr., 83, of Pueblo, Colo., died Jan. 28 in Pueblo.

He was born in Denver and lived in the Tri-City area for 35 years before moving to Pueblo four months ago.

He retired from the Navy as a submarine torpedoman’s mate, senior chief petty officer.

Mueller’s Tri-Cities Funeral Home, Kennewick, is in charge of arrangements.
