Brian Norman Dow, 67, of Othello, died Jan. 31 in Richland.

He was born in Bellingham and lived in Othello for 2 1/2 years.

He was a retired custodian at JC Penny.

Stevens Funeral Chapel, Othello, is in charge of arrangements.
