Hortense ‘Tangee’ Tellez

Hortense “Tangee” Tellez, 91, of Richland, died Jan. 29 in Richland.

She was born in San Antonio, Texas, and lived in Richland for 28 years.

She was a retired administrative secretary for D&D, Decommission and Demolition, at Hanford.
