Frank E. Brugnone

Frank E. Brugnone, 64, of Connell, died Jan. 22 at Coyote Ridge Corrections Center.

He was born in New York City and lived in Connell for four years.

He was a mechanic and locksmith.

Hillcrest Bruce Lee Memorial Center, Pasco, is in charge of arrangements.
