William McKinney

William McKinney, 69, of Richland, died Jan. 26 in Richland.

He was born in Great Bend, Kan., and lived in the Tri-City area for six years.

He retired from work with the Department of Transportation.

Mueller’s Tri-Cities Funeral Home, Kennewick, is in charge of arrangements.
