Tommy D. Rucker

Tommy DeWane Rucker, 59, died Jan. 23 at home in West Richland.

He was born in Walla Walla and lived in the Tri-City area for 58 years.

He was a retired truck driver in the transportation industry.

Einan’s at Sunset, Richland, is in charge of arrangements.
