Deborah A. Persinger

Deborah Ann Persinger, 66, died Jan. 17 at home in Kennewick.

She was born in Indianapolis, Ind., and lived in the Tri-City area since 1977.

She retired as a licensing service representative for the Washington State Department of Motor Vehicles.

Life Tributes Cremation Center, Kennewick, is in charge of arrangements.
