Elizabeth ‘Betsy’ (Lord) Haffner

Elizabeth “Betsy” (Lord) Haffner, 62, died Jan. 13 at home in Kennewick.

She was born in Los Angeles and lived in the Tri-City area for 14 years.

She was a retired third-grade teacher for the Richland School District.

Hillcrest Memorial Center, Kennewick, is in charge of arrangements.
