Lowell A. Strope

Lowell Allen Strope, 77, of Kennewick, died Jan. 11 at his home.

He was born in Pasco and had lived in the Tri-Cities for 50 years.

He was retired from the Navy and from Pacific Northwest National Laboratory in Richland, where he worked as a program manager.

Hillcrest Memorial Center, Kennewick, is in charge of the arrangements.
