James E. Goulet Jr.

James Edward Goulet Jr., 84, of Pasco, died Jan. 5 in Pasco.

He was born in Pasco and was a lifelong Tri-City area resident.

He was the retired longtime owner of Pasco Electric.

Mueller’s Greenlee Funeral Home, Pasco, is in charge of arrangements.
