Barbara A. Allen

Barbara Ann Allen, 84, died Dec. 30 at home in Richland.

She was born in Seattle and lived in the Tri-City area for 13 years.

She was a retired registered nurse.

Hillcrest Memorial Center, Kennewick, is in charge of arrangements.
