William E. Baker

William E. Baker, 71, of Kennewick, died Dec. 18 at Life Care Center of Kennewick.

He was born in Baker, Ore., and lived in the Tri-City area for 40 years.

He served in the Army and was the owner and operator of a pest control business.

Hillcrest Memorial Center, Kennewick, is in charge of arrangements.
