Norman “Cap” G. Eckert

Norman G. “Cap” Eckert, 102, died Dec. 14 at home in Richland.

He was born in Humansville, Mo., and lived in the Tri-City area for 65 years.

He was a retired mail carrier for the U.S. Postal Service in Kennewick.

Mueller’s Tri-Cities Funeral Home, Kennewick, is in charge of arrangements.
