Henry C. Hartley III

Henry Clay Hartley III, 78, of Kennewick, died Dec. 7 at Trios Southridge Hospital in Kennewick.

He was born in Whistler, Ala., and lived in the Tri-City area for 70 years.

He was a retired pipefitter for Union Local #598.

Smart Cremations of Washington is in charge of arrangements.
