Richard S. Bird

Richard Scott Bird, 60, died Nov. 30 at home in Richland.

He was born in Mount Holly, N.J., and lived in Richland for two years.

He was a engineer for Bechtel.

Hillcrest Memorial Center, Kennewick, is in charge of arrangements.
