Kelly L.E. Estep

Kelly Larry Elmer Estep, 22, of Kennewick, died Nov. 14 in Kennewick.

He was born in Longview and lived in Longview for 21 years before moving to Kennewick one year ago.

He was a mechanic at Groat Brothers in Woodland.

Mueller’s Tri-Cities Funeral Home, Kennewick, is in charge of arrangements.
