Elaine Whiteford

Elaine Whiteford, 95, of Pasco, died Nov. 25 at Life Care Center in Kennewick.

She was born in New York City and lived in the Tri-City area for 25 years.

She was a retired accountant for the Boy Scouts of America.

Columbia Memorial Funeral Chapel, Pasco, is in charge of arrangements.
