Charles D. Ebarb

Charles David Ebarb, 67, of Kennewick, died Nov. 13 at home.

He was born in Little Rock, Ark., and lived in the Tri-Cities for 40 years.

He worked in drywall.

Hillcrest Memorial Center in Kennewick is handling arrangements.
