Charles J. Cooks Jr.

Charles J. Cooks Jr., 63, died Nov. 7 at home in Vancouver.

He was born in San Francisco and lived in the Tri-City area for many years.

He was a retired pipefitter for Union Local 598.

Evergreen Memorial Gardens, Vancouver, is in charge of arrangements.
