Omhero ‘Homer’ Rivas

Omhero “Homer” Rivas, 64, of Kennewick, died Nov. 4 in Richland.

He was born in Kimberly, Idaho, and lived in the Tri-City area for 50 years.

He was a retired laborer.

Mueller’s Tri-Cities Funeral Home, Kennewick, is in charge of arrangements.
