Delbert L. Lathim

Delbert Lewis Lathim, 75, of Pasco, died Nov. 1 at Trios Southridge Hospital in Kennewick.

He was born in Dayton and was a longtime Tri-City area resident.

He was a retired welder/pipefitter at Hanford, inventor and former Franklin PUD and Pasco Port commissioner.

Life Tributes Cremation Center, Kennewick, is in charge of arrangements.
