Joan L. Harbour

Joan L. Harbour, 82, of Allentown, Pa., died Oct. 30 in Allentown.

She was born in Easton, Pa., and lived in the Tri-City area from 1975 until moving to Allentown in 2005.

She was a retired registered emergency room nurse at Kadlec Hospital in Richland.

Hillcrest Bruce Lee Memorial Center, Pasco, is in charge of arrangements.
