William ‘Howard’ Sutherland

William “Howard” Sutherland, 82, of Richland, died Oct. 22 at Chaplaincy Hospice Care in Kennewick.

He was born in Prescott, Kan., and lived in the Tri-City area for 53 years.

He was a retired structural engineer.

Hillcrest Memorial Center, Kennewick, is in charge of arrangements.
