Arthur E. Harms Jr.

Arthur Edward Harms Jr., 95, of Richland, died Oct. 22 at Guardian Angel Homes in Richland.

He was born in Gary, Ind., and lived in College Place for many years before moving to Richland one year ago.

He was a retired chief financial officer for the Seventh-day Adventist Church.

Life Tributes Cremation Center, Kennewick, is in charge of arrangements.
