Julia B. Delvalle

Julia B. Delvalle, 89, of Richland, died Oct. 18 at Brookdale Senior Living in Richland.

She was born in New York, N.Y., and lived in the Tri-City area since 2003.

She was a retired school librarian.

Life Tributes Cremation Center, Kennewick, is in charge of arrangements.
