Richard B. Courtney

Richard Bruce Courtney, 70, died Oct. 14 at home in Benton City.

He was born in Seattle and was a longtime Tri-City area resident.

He was a retired power operations manager for the city of Richland.

Life Tributes Cremation Center, Kennewick, is in charge of arrangements.
