Steve D. Lothe

Steve Douglas Lothe, 68, of Kennewick, died Oct. 7 in Richland.

He was born in Renton and lived in Kennewick for five years.

He served in the U.S. Air Force and was a retired journeyman lineman for IBEW Local 77.

Hillcrest Memorial Center, Kennewick, is in charge of arrangements.
