Charles B. Clark

Charles B. Clark, 71, of Richland, died Sept. 25 at Chaplaincy Hospice Care in Kennewick.

He was born in Tucson, Ariz., and lived in Richland for five months.

He was a retired homeless shelter cook.

Columbia Memorial Funeral Chapel, Pasco, is in charge of arrangements.
