Wiley K. Collins

Wiley Kern Collins, 62, of Pasco, died Sept. 21 at his home.

He was born in Umatilla and lived 46 years in the Tri-Cities.

He was a retired carpenter.

Hillcrest Bruce Lee Funeral Home, Pasco, is in charge of arrangements.
