Ann H. Foster

Ann H. Foster, 89, of Kennewick, died Sept. 12 in Richland.

She was born in Clifton Forge, Va., and lived in the Tri-City area for the last 2 1/2 years.

She was a retired registered nurse.

Einan’s at Sunset, Richland, is in charge of arrangements.
