Dale T. Baldwin

Dale Thomas Baldwin, 66, of Richland, died Sept. 8 at Kadlec Regional Medical Center in Richland.

He was born in Richland and was a lifelong Tri-City area resident.

He was a retired carpenter.

Life Tributes Cremation Center, Kennewick, is in charge of arrangements.
