Todd L. Stiens

Todd Lee Stiens, 50, died Sept. 6 at home in Pasco.

He was born in Kennewick and lived in the Tri-City area for 46 years.

He was a electrician.

Hillcrest Bruce Lee Memorial Center, Pasco, is in charge of arrangements.
